Who Am I? Why Am I Here? Can I Have A Peanut?

Well, I did it. I ran for seven days straight in Death Valley, including a one-mile sprint dressed as Darth Vader. Check out my other site, www.heatrunning.com to find out more about that.

Now I'm off to shamble pointlessly around the house for a while looking for a stray coffee cup to clean, or a photo frame to straighten. Perhaps if I'm lucky the pond will need topping off.

About This Website

The original template for this site comprised a single background, three widgets and a center column. Whilst I have kept (mostly) the navbar colors and footer, almost everything else is new. It is powered by WordPress, which continues to astonish me with its flexibility.

I tried and tested thirty plugins before settling on the couple to the left, which I was forced to customize myself (no skill involved, merely a lot of trial and error). Finally, it would never look anything like this good if not for the generous permission I was granted to display the backgrounds by Greg Martin and Space Wallpapers – I offer my profound thanks.
